Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 28, 2026
MDATP Property Management aims to handle cancellation and refund requests fairly and transparently. This policy explains how customers can request cancellation or a refund for services purchased through our website.
1. Contact Us to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Customers who wish to cancel a service or request a refund should contact us using the details below:
Email: Mdatpusateams@gmail.com
Phone: 908-208-1754
Business Address: 129 Hillcrest Ave, Somerset, NJ 08873, USA
Please include your name, transaction reference, date of payment, service purchased, and reason for your request. Do not email full payment-card numbers or security codes.
2. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the applicable service agreement, the stage of service delivery, and applicable law.
Where a service agreement specifies a cancellation procedure or deadline, customers should follow that procedure. If no separate procedure applies, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
A request to cancel does not automatically guarantee a full refund. However, we will not deny a refund or cancellation remedy required by applicable law or an applicable agreement.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the circumstances of the request.
A refund may be available where, for example:
• A payment was duplicated or processed in error.
• A service was cancelled by MDATP Property Management and the customer is entitled to a refund.
• A paid service was not provided as agreed and a refund is an appropriate remedy.
• The applicable service agreement or law provides for a refund.
• A customer otherwise qualifies for a refund under the terms disclosed at purchase.
Any deductions, non-refundable charges, or fees will be applied only where clearly disclosed in advance and permitted by law.
4. Services Already Provided
Where services have already been performed, any refund will be evaluated in accordance with the service agreement, the work completed, the amount paid, and applicable law.
We will not apply a blanket rule that eliminates a customer's legal refund rights merely because a service has started or been completed.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the original payment method where reasonably possible and permitted by the payment provider.
The time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution. We cannot guarantee the processing time of an independent provider.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate lawful alternative.
6. Incorrect or Unauthorized Payments
If you believe a payment was incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized, please contact us promptly at Mdatpusateams@gmail.com.
We may request reasonable transaction details to investigate the issue. Customers should also contact their payment provider where appropriate.
7. Subscription or Recurring Payments
If a service includes recurring payments, the payment amount, billing frequency, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before enrollment.
Customers may cancel recurring payments according to the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation will take effect as described in those terms and as required by law. Cancellation of future billing does not automatically cancel outstanding amounts lawfully owed for services already provided.
8. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable federal or New Jersey law.
